AP Physics is a calculus-based second year course. It provides a strong science foundation for students who are college bound. Students enrolling in this course must also enroll in Topics in Advanced Placement Science (4570L). The Advanced Placement course outline for Physics C, which emphasizes Newtonian mechanics and electricity and magnetism, is followed.
